WARRANTY INFORMATION
LIMITED ONE YEAR NEW/REPLACEMENT ASPHALT WARRANTY
Oil City Paving hereby warrants all new asphalt driveways and parking lots against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one years from date of installation. Warranty may be extended to 3 years if Oil City Paving maintains the driveway by seal coating 90 days after installation and again 1 years later at an additional charge.
(A) Oil City Paving cannot be responsible for damage to asphalt due to lawn chemicals or sprinklers, domestic animals, foot or vehicle traffic, Semis truck or other commercial vehicle or equipment for the appropriate asphalt cure time.
(B) Oil City Paving will not be responsible for damage due to, snowplows, tire chains, or winter salt application. Warranty excludes frost cracks, petroleum damage, punctures, and normal wear or other acts of god.

Oil City Paving hereby warrants all applications against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of application.
(A) Oil City Paving cannot be responsible for damage of sealer due to lawn chemicals or sprinklers, domestic animals, foot or vehicle traffic for the appropriate sealer cure time or other acts of god.
(B) Oil City Paving will not be responsible for damage due to excessive standing gravel, snowplows, tire chains, or winter salt application. Warranty excludes frost cracks, petroleum damage, punctures, and normal wear.
(C) This one year warranty applies to all seal coated surfaces both commercial and residential.
April Showers bring May pot hole. This winter and spring has been very hard on our asphalt. It seem everywhere you look in town the parking lots are filled with holes and cracks. This was caused by the extreme temp. changes freezing and thawing so many time this winter. Allowing water to get to the base of the asphalt. So now what do we do.
As we all know money is short in the USA now and no one really wants to part with what they have. So to help save you money we are are on the push for repair cut out your pot holes and patch them crack fill and sealcoat this will cost allot less then a resurface or replacement and will extend the life of your parking lot.
